Challenge
A complete HVAC installation was needed for this new 85-meter tall building in Albania with 12,400 m² of space across 25 floors and five underground parking levels. The building houses commercial space, shops, cinemas and offices along with some levels reserved for apartments and a deluxe hotel.
The project challenges and requirement inlcluded:

Solution
Trane has worked with different consultants and the building owner for several year to develop different solutions that would fit the different requirements of the new building. Our team was conscientious and creative, proposing different scenarios to the customer, and supporting a variety of contractors, designers and installers over the full duration of the project.
Our solution offered complete control - allowing for better operation, control, measurement and optimization of the full-integrated solution. Trane's outstanding services offering was also one of the key reason Trane won the contract. Our ability to provide a range of different alternatives to the client also made the difference.
Trane provided 6 heat pumps (3 CXAF 110 HEAT LN + 1 CXB HT 038 + 1 CXCN 100 + 1 CXCN 145), 432 fan coils, 3 AHUs and integrating control system (CPC)
