Tracer® Concierge® system is a pre-packaged installation solution for AirFinity rooftop units. It provides an affordable way for contractors to help their building owners gain simplified building automation for their facility, resulting in improved comfort and performance with reduced operating costs. It's a powerful building automation system, made simple for small buildings.
Improved control
Tracer® Concierge® provides a very flexible system with features and benefits that can be expanded – from simple control up to a small BMS-type application.
With Tracer® Concierge®, you can manage your rooftop units through a user-friendly tablet display. Thanks to a range of built-in functions including overrides, temperature setpoint changes, daily monitoring alerts, and various scheduling options, we've brought pro-level control to smaller commercial buildings.
The system can also control ancillaries from the same display, such as lighting, or exhaust fans etc, based on a time-of-day schedule. Tracer® Concierge® is based on Synchrony / Tracer SC+ hardware enabling various 'optional 'customized'' applications using Trane standard programming and I/O extension modules.

Heating and Cooling Plant Manager
