Trane wireless 4G Mobile Network
- Pre-installed IT security set-up Trane 4G routers are factory configured to fully deploy IT security features, such as port management, VPN connections, as well as limited end points support. The Trane cloud system only requires outgoing ports to be opened
- Full remote control Trane deploys a Remote Management System that provides full remote control of routers. This enables to upgrade IT security features and manage any router behavior, from anywhere at any time.
Trane's secured cloud solution enables equipment to publish running data anytime, from anywhere.
For installations where Local Area Network usage is restricted, Trane has selected and approved a set of 4G routers offering both reliability and security. These devices allow Trane Controls, including Symbio 800 equipment devices, to access the Trane cloud through almost any mobile network or internet provider.
Standard 4G Router
RUT240 is an all-time bestseller industrial 4G LTE Wi-Fi router for professional M2M & IoT applications. It delivers high performance for mission-critical cellular communication in rigorous environments. RUT240 is used for 4G Remote Connection to Trane Cloud, over an Advanced VPN, and tunnelling services solutions. It also embeds WAN failover that ensures automatic switch to alternative backup connection in case of any connectivity issues.
Enhanced 4G Router
RUT955 is a highly reliable industrial LTE Cat 4 router that delivers high performance and GNSS location capabilities. Ethernet, Digital, and Analog I/O, RS232, RS485, GNSS (GPS), microSD, and USB interfaces allow for advanced industrial application with Trane controls.
It is equipped with connectivity redundancy via Dual SIM failover and comes with RutOS which is packed with advanced software features, like Modbus, SNMP, TR-069, NTRIP, MQTT, and multiple VPN services
