High efficiency with inverter-driven scroll compressor technology
Trane CGC chillers are designed for seamless integration in comfort cooling and process cooling applications.
High SEER values are achieved thanks to the inclusion of DC scroll compressors, EC fan and high efficiency heat exchangers.
The DC inverter compressors enable power consumption savings of up to 25%, making them highly efficient even under heavy operating conditions.
Extensive operating range
CGC chillers are designed for efficient year-round operation in both cold and hot climates. They can be configured to operate at full load within a wide outdoor air temperature range, from -20°C to +48°C. With a leaving water temperature range from -10°C to +20°C, these chillers are ideal for a variety of applications, from comfort cooling to the most demanding process cooling needs.
All-in-one solution
The Trane CGC chiller can be equipped with various hydraulic kits, featuring either inverter or simple on-off pumps, to meet specific needs.
Within the unit's compact volume, a generous tank can be included, providing a convenient plug-and-play solution.
Optional aesthetic grills are also available to protect outdoor coils from accidental damage.
CGC chillers are available in six models. The unit fits every application, thanks to the integrated hydronic module with or without tank (accessory) and many other options.
