Water-sourced heat pumps connect process and/or process heating requirements with a variety of free energy sources across all climates and applications. Water-to-water heat pumps harness the energy of natural water sources to provide high heating efficiencies compared to air-sourced heat pumps. By utilising waste heat (such as sewage systems) or systems with simultaneous cooling and heating requirements (such as mid-season HVAC), you can increase efficiency by up to 800%. The pumps can also be connected to air-sourced heat pumps when ambient air is the only available energy source.

Wide range utilising next generation refrigerants

Trane water-to-water heat pumps achieve heating levels of up to 120°C with the highest efficiency utilizing next generation refrigerants with minimal (near zero) GWP.

Connecting heating and cooling demands

Improvements in building insulation have decreased heating need resulting in simultaneous heating and cooling demands during mid season. Water-to-water heat pumps connect heating and cooling demands, reaching the highest efficiency gains deliverable.
