The pharmaceutical manufacturer was looking for a new centrifugal water-cooled chiller to work with its existing Trane compressor chillers. The main objective was increased sustainability and reliability, with improved efficiency.


Trane delivered a 3MW centrifugal water-cooled chiller – at the time, this was the first chiller to use HFO R1233zd refrigerant.
