Ideal for high hot water temperature applications
Trane FLEX HP HT represents an advanced and sustainable alternative to gas boilers in residential or light commercial buildings.
It produces leaving hot water up to 65°C and down to -10°C outdoor air temperature. With low ambient air kit, the unit can provide up to 55°C down to -20°C outdoor air temperature.
Unique compressor technology
Flex HP HT features a unique compressor technology for heat pumps applied in low ambient air conditions.
The Cooling provided by inter-stage injection allows the operation of the compressor over a larger envelope compared to a conventional single-stage scroll compressor, providing higher heat delivery temperatures at low evaporating temperatures.
More heat is also delivered with a higher COP compared to a conventional cycle.
Trane FLEX HP HT chillers are available with/without hydraulic module and built in water tank. The units can be customized with many factory-mounted options and accessories.
