Trane Chiller Health Check Program provides the real time status and performance of your equipment and recommends proactive measures to restore a safe, reliable and efficient operation of your chiller.

With the right information in hand, your Trane service expert will analyze the current status to provide you with a detailed report along with suggestions for preventive measures or enhancement actions to retrieve the efficient operation of your system..
Two program levels
A Trane Chiller Health Check is available as either a basic or comprehensive program. Both programs include an oil sample analysis in a laboratory to evaluate the presence of wear on the components and compare the current oil parameters to original specifications. A qualified Trane engineer also inspects your liquid chiller on site, including the general equipment frame and main components:
• Refrigerant lines
• Electrical wiring and control panel
• Thermal insulation
• Heat exchangers
• Water connections
• Compressor
Our Comprehensive program includes eddy current and vibration analyses to verify the internal condition of the heat exchanger tube and compressor respectively. The additional thermographic inspection provides immediate status of the electrical panel.
Any signs of deterioration will be noted during the different inspections. Your Trane expert will be able to suggest the best solution to fix any issues and restore your Trane chiller to optimal operating conditions.
