Take advantage of Trane data and analytics capabilities to remotely monitor your system, provide proactive check-ins, and diagnose issues as they arise. Leverage the power of connectivity with Trane Connected Services.

Level 1: Connect

Local Web UI
Trane provides a gateway between your HVAC equipment and your local network enabling you to monitor your system on any computer equipped with a web browser and connected to the LAN.

Remote Web UI
Trane provides a gateway that securely links HVAC equipment to the internet. You access your equipment information from any remote location via a secured connection server, known as Trane Connect. The gateway securely connects to the Trane Connect server using VPN / WebSocket technologies and double-level login security.

Level 2: Maintain

Remote Maintenance
On top of level 1 features, Trane offers a blend of on-site and remote equipment inspections providing in-depth insights on equipment and system health status. Detailed Inspection reports are delivered after each intervention. Trane experts will also make recommendations for improvements.

Active Monitoring
Trane service experts use the secured connection to monitor and diagnose your assets 24/7. This means optimized interventions leading to faster issue resolution. This feature also offers operator coaching during virtual interventions.

Level 3: Optimize

Operational Performance
The gateway, linked to Trane cloud servers through the Internet, harvests data on your HVAC equipment and systems performance and stores it on Trane Cloud. Automated algorithms identify any abnormal or exceptional system behavior. Trane Experts also use this data to evaluate the HVAC system performance. A monthly report is shared with you and quarterly face-to-face meetings look at findings to identify and recommend potential improvements.

Energy Performance
By adding energy usage metering devices to the HVAC system, Trane energy engineers can analyze the overall system consumption profiles. They are compared against earlier profiles or profiles from similar buildings that perform better. Energy usage can also be evaluated against your KPIs, such as facility production indexes. Based on these inputs, we can determine a system’s energy performance, recommend improvements and plan implementation phases.
