TCPA - Trane Chiller Plant Analyzer

Trane Chiller Plant Analyzer (TCPA) is a Trane Building Advantage tool developed to perform quick energy audits including energy calculations, budget investment calculations, automatic audit reports. The program is also used to generate detailed performance data on specific chillers units.

TFHPA - Trane Free Heating Plant Analyzer

Trane Free Heating Plant Analyzer(TFHPA) is a Trane Building Advantage tool developed to perform quick energy calculations and budget estimates on the installation of water to water heat pumps recovering the heat from a chilled water or external low temperature system and using it at a higher temperature in a hot water system. This results in reducing the load on the chilled water / low temperature water circuit while reducing the use of gas/oil in the hot water circuit.

TEPA

TEPA (Trane Energy Plant Analyzer) is an energy savings calculation tool designed to support the selection of multi-pipe systems, air-to-water heat pumps and water-to-water heat pumps.

The tool suggests a combination of Trane units and then calculates the energy consumption, cost and emission of the Trane solution versus a traditional gas boiler and chiller plant.

This is a unique tool and a key differentiator on the market that demonstrates the energy/environmental benefits of Trane Electrification of Heating solutions.

TRACE 3D PLUS

TRACE® 3D Plus Version 3 is the newest release for this next generation building design and analysis software program. It delivers faster, more accurate results through a seamless workflow that closely aligns with today's building process.

The latest HVAC systems and controls can be modelled quickly, precisely and with the intricacies of today's many building applications. TRACE 3D Plus is built on the U.S. Department of Energy's EnergyPlus engine and enhanced with Trane's industry leading expertise to help designers validate and interpret projects with confidence and clarity.

TRACE 3D Plus allows you to move from project plan to load design to energy and economic analysis all through the same project file and interface. Import 3D models directly from CAD using Green Building XML (gbXML), or import floor plans and trace over using the draw tools. Easily create and validate your architectural design and HVAC systems in 2D or 3D.
